Before going to law school, Ms. Perrault was a translator and interpreter, and worked extensively in the area of labour relations. She is a graduate of the National Program at the University of Ottawa, and articled at the Federal Court as a law clerk. She was Senior Legal Counsel at the Competition Tribunal, where she chaired the working committee charged with drafting the new Competition Tribunal Rules. She then worked at the Public Service Labour Relations Board as legal counsel. Since 2011, she has been Senior Legal Counsel at the Federal Court of Appeal. Ms. Perrault lectured at the University of Ottawa’s Civil Law Faculty in administrative law as well as labour and employment law from 2011 to 2013. She is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada.
