The grievor alleged that the employer’s decision not to renew her specified-term employment was discrimination based on disability – the adjudicator took jurisdiction to hear the allegation that the employer’s decision was motivated by discrimination – he found that the grievor did not establish that she had a disability as defined in the Canadian Human Rights Act – he further found that the grievor had failed to inform the employer of the nature of the accommodation that she needed.
