Adrian Bieniasiewicz

Mr. Bieniasiewicz has extensive litigation experience. In 2002, he joined the Department of Justice as an articling student in the Legal Excellence Program. After being called to the Bar in 2002, Mr. Bieniasiewicz began his career as a litigator at the Department of Justice, where he practised in the areas of labour and employment, human rights and general civil litigation. He has appeared before the Federal Courts, the Ontario Superior Court and various administrative tribunals.
Prior to his appointment as a member of the FPSLREB, Mr. Bieniasiewicz served as senior counsel to two national appellate courts, the Federal Court of Appeal and the Court Martial Appeal Court of Canada.
Mr. Bieniasiewicz holds a Bachelor of Arts (Social Work) (B.Sc.) and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the Université de Montréal. He is a member of the Quebec Bar.
