The Federal Public Sector Labour Relations and Employment Board (Board) schedules the staffing caseload according to the following principles:

• the age of the case
• linguistic balance
• special or urgent circumstances

The staffing case list may be found here and identifies the order in which matters will be scheduled.

The Board is committed to improving access to justice and increasing the use of different dispute resolution mechanisms and reminds parties that they may request a Staffing Settlement Conference at any time. More information may be found here.

Parties who believe that their case should proceed expeditiously because of special circumstances are invited to provide written submissions detailing the reasons of the urgency. These submissions should be sent to director.directeur@fpslreb-crtespf.gc.ca for the Board’s consideration.
