Jacob Finkelman Library

Collection

Presently, the Jacob Finkelman Library consists of the combined holdings of the Federal Public Sector Labour Relations and Employment Board (FPSLREB) and the Canada Industrial Relations Board (CIRB).

The collection includes reports, DVDs, decisions, law reports, periodicals, collective agreements, classification and selection standards, Parliamentary publications and reference materials (e.g., dictionaries, directories,).

The Library is named after the late Jacob Finkelman, a pioneer and teacher of Canadian labour law and the first Chairperson of the Public Service Staff Relations Board (now the FPSLREB).
