Nancy Rosenberg
Board Member
Ms. Rosenberg brings to the FPSLREB extensive litigation, advocacy and policy experience in labour, human rights and administrative law. Prior to her appointment as a full-time Board member in 2018, Ms. Rosenberg was senior legal counsel with the Board.
During a long career in the labour movement, she held senior legal and equity positions with the largest trade union in Canada, the Canadian Union of Public Employees, litigating and advising on labour issues in many Canadian jurisdictions. From 2008 to 2016 she was National Director of CUPE’s Legal and Legislative Branch.
Ms. Rosenberg holds a Master of Law (Labour) degree (LLM) from Osgoode Hall, York University, a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) (Common Law) from the University of Ottawa and a Bachelor of Arts (Political Science) from Carleton University.
